We have included below for you to download or print our Sponsorship form. You will need both sides so that you have the mailing address, simply fill out side two and mail in with your check before the event deadline of June 12, 2008. If you would like your logo placed on our T-Shirts then we must receive the Logo, in a image format like .tiff or .giff or better a vector for shirt printing. We must receive these before our shirts go to print on June 12, 2008 or we cannot guarantee you will get your logo on the T-Shirts.

We need to know if you plan on having a Booth at the event so that we can have preparations to be ready for you.
